We will entrust you with
development of construction estimates and other documentation, as well as their verification
review acts on construction work execution and other documents related to construction works
preparation of construction cost calculations and budgets
prepare information for the construction plan regarding work costs
inspect real property within the scope of maintenance
You will be the right fit if you have
academic or second-level professional higher education in the field of architecture and construction
professional experience in construction estimates development for at least one year
knowledge of construction pricing and execution technologies
ability to read construction projects/technical solutions and prepare estimates
state language proficiency at level C1 or education obtained in the state language
good skills working with MS Office and desired knowledge of AutoCAD
