Now we are seeking an engaged SFI teacher who wants to be part of developing our operations together with us. About You We are looking for someone who is engaged in adult learning and has the ability to create a safe, motivating, and developmental learning environment. We are looking for someone who has: teacher certification with qualifications to teach within SFI at least 30 credits in Swedish as a Second Language good knowledge of school's governing documents good digital competence and experience using digital tools in teaching Experience teaching in adult education is a merit. It is also positive if you have experience meeting people with different cultural and linguistic backgrounds and/or knowledge of languages other than Swedish. As a person, you are engaged, structured, and solution-oriented. You easily adapt your teaching to different students' needs and conditions and enjoy collaborating with others. You actively contribute ideas and want to develop both the teaching and the operations together with your colleagues. We place great importance on personal suitability. Employment Terms The position is 80–100% and is a fixed-term employment for six months, with start date by agreement. Talenti is covered by a collective agreement between Almega Education and Sweden's Teachers and Vision. Our employees have vacation benefits with 30 vacation days. As a teacher, you are also covered by a flexible working hours agreement. Application We welcome your application!
