About the Role As a part-time Talent Partner at Gazella, you are a specialist in the candidate market responsible for building, developing, and maintaining our candidate network. You ensure we always have a strong and updated network of qualified candidates ready to match against our clients' needs. The role is central to our business model and involves close collaboration with our Recruitment Partners. You'll join Gazella's recruitment team with the main task of supporting Recruitment Partners in maintaining quality and pace in recruitment processes for the best client delivery. It's a big plus to be part of a fantastic team." //Julia, Part-Time Talent Partner at Gazella Your Main Responsibilities As a part-time Talent Partner, you will, among other things: · Support Recruitment Partners in their daily work on recruitment processes · Build and develop the candidate network across multiple niches · Work proactively with search and identify relevant candidates · Conduct interviews and assess competence, experience, and potential · Match and present candidates for ongoing assignments · Ensure candidate data is updated and quality-assured in our systems · Conduct reference checks and tests Who Are We Looking For? · You have at least 1.5 years remaining in your ongoing studies in HR or finance at a university or college. · Previous experience in recruitment, search, or candidate-driven work is a plus, but we place great emphasis on personal qualities and potential. · You thrive in a supportive, relationship-driven, and proactive role where structure, quality, and candidate focus are key to success.
