A role where you are both advisor and leader As a Talent Manager in Finance, you're the bridge between the client's needs and the consultant's career dreams. You work with everything from junior accounting specialists to senior controllers and finance managers. The role requires strategic thinking about talent supply, paired with genuine commitment to your employees. Your daily tasks include: Business Development & Relationships: You build trust with finance managers and CFOs. By understanding their operations in depth, you become a strategic partner during both peak periods and change projects. Specialist Recruitment & Search: You proactively network with finance specialists. You know where the talent is and how to match their expertise (everything from IFRS to accounts receivable) with the right assignment. Leadership with Heart: You have full management responsibility for your finance consultants. This means you're their coach, support, and career partner – from salary discussions and development to ensuring they thrive with the client. Business Acumen: You own your own "business." You handle contracts, pricing, and ensure your consultant operation is both sustainable and profitable. Who are you?
