We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for an exciting consulting assignment with our client Siemens. About the Role In this role, you will become an important part of Siemens' Talent Acquisition team where you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and search to hiring. You will work both operatively and strategically to identify, attract, and recruit candidates while serving as an advisor to hiring managers throughout the process. You will work during a period with high recruitment volume where a proactive approach, good structure, and high quality are essential. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in Talent Acquisition across the Nordic region and various parts of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Owning the entire recruitment process from kickoff meeting to signed offer. Identifying and attracting candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant sourcing channels. Conducting searches, market mapping, and candidate research to build long-term candidate networks. Performing candidate screenings and interviews while ensuring a professional candidate experience throughout the process. Providing strategic and operational support to hiring managers on recruitment matters. Coordinating interviews, candidate communication, and other recruitment-related administration. Collaborating with Nordic Talent Acquisition colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and business-aligned recruitment processes. Who We Think You Are We are looking for someone with several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Research, and who is comfortable independently driving recruitments from start to finish. You have solid experience with advanced sourcing and headhunting and are motivated by finding the right expertise even for hard-to-recruit roles. You are business-oriented and have a genuine interest in how the right competence contributes to organizational success. At the same time, you work in a structured manner, build trust quickly, and thrive in a consultative role where you support both candidates and managers. You are also: Experienced in independently driving complete recruitment processes. Highly skilled in sourcing, search, and headhunting. A communicative relationship builder with excellent ability to build trust. Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable working at a fast pace. Adaptable and confident in quickly getting up to speed with new organizations. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have experience recruiting within the tech, industrial, or IT sector. Want to Know More? This is a full-time consulting assignment starting in August 2026 and running through February 2027.
