Your role LKAB is undergoing a historic transition with major investments, new operations, and a growing need for expertise across the organization. To ensure that we attract and recruit the right talent, we are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to strengthen our long-term talent supply. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you work closely with managers and business units across the organization and become a key person in identifying, attracting, and recruiting employees who contribute to LKAB's future. You function as a strategic partner and advisor on recruitment matters while driving recruitment processes from need to hiring. You contribute to ensuring a professional and accurate recruitment process, create positive candidate experiences, and help the business make well-informed recruitment decisions. Through data-driven methods, a strong business focus, and close collaboration with managers and HR, you contribute to developing both our processes and our ability to attract the talent of the future. Your main responsibilities: Strategic recruitment advice – Support and challenge managers throughout the recruitment process and provide market insights, recruitment strategies, and talent advice. Recruitment from need to hiring – Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process including search, selection, interviews, candidate dialogue, and hiring. Data-driven and qualitative recruitment work – Use data and analysis to follow up on results, identify areas for improvement, and create conditions for well-informed recruitment decisions. Development of talent supply and employer brand – Drive and contribute to initiatives and projects within talent supply, employer branding, and development of recruitment processes. In this role, you will recruit both collective positions and individual roles across a wide range of areas. You will support operations at all our locations in Sweden, which means the position involves some travel. Work location can be Gällivare/Malmberget, Kiruna, or Luleå. What you bring You are driven by creating accurate recruitments and positive candidate experiences. With a structured approach, strong personal drive, and good collaboration skills, you successfully navigate between multiple parallel processes and stakeholders. You quickly build trust, challenge and support managers in their recruitment work, and see opportunities to develop both processes and methods to meet the business's future talent needs. You also need to have: Post-secondary education in HR/Personnel Science Experience working with recruitment and driving processes independently Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Driver's license (Category B) Experience with ATS systems, preferably Jobylon Experience with employer branding work is a merit Warm welcome with your application!
