We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist for Group HR based in Stockholm, a role for you who enjoys combining recruitment, project management and development in an international industrial environment. You will work closely with our group functions and Global Sales, while supporting our Business Units in recruitment and other initiatives related to talent supply. The role offers great freedom and many points of contact, but also clear responsibility to drive progress and turn ideas into concrete results. A role where development meets execution Recruitment is an important part of the mission, but the role is about much more than filling positions. You will drive projects, develop processes and help ensure that Ovako continues to be a modern and attractive employer. We see great opportunities in digitalization, AI and new ways of working. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is curious about how technology and automation can create better candidate experiences, more efficient processes and smarter ways of working. You are driven to develop, simplify and create real value, while helping us ensure that we remain relevant for the employees of the future. An important part of the role is also about building relationships long before a recruitment need arises. You will represent Ovako at fairs and events, collaborate with universities and colleges and work on various initiatives to create early contact with future engineers, specialists and leaders. Examples of work tasks Responsible for recruitment within Group Functions and Global Sales and support our Business Units in selected recruitment. Develop and drive the recruitment process with a focus on quality, candidate experience, diversity and efficient working methods. Work actively with internal mobility and help translate our talent review plans into concrete activities. Further develop the onboarding process and create a good start for new employees. Drive and develop Young Academics Network, our network for young talent. Plan and participate in fairs, student activities and employer branding events. Build relationships with universities and colleges and create opportunities for students and thesis workers. Develop and coordinate an active ambassador network where employees represent Ovako at fairs and other activities to strengthen awareness of us as an employer. Contribute to developing Ovako's employer branding communication and take active responsibility for our digital channels and other activities that strengthen awareness of us as an employer. Coordinate and drive employee surveys together with our partner Brilliant. Support the development of our digital learning and skills development tools and other initiatives that strengthen Ovako's ability to develop future competence. Lead and participate in projects within Group HR. We believe you have Academic education in HR or equivalent. Several years of experience in HR with a clear focus on recruitment and search. Experience driving projects, processes or working groups with own responsibility. A business-oriented approach and an interest in working in an international industrial operation. A genuine interest in new technology and curiosity about how AI, digitalization and automation can develop organizations and ways of working. Ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate with people at different levels. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
