Work Responsibilities As a roof maintenance specialist, you will: Clean and wash roofs to remove moss, algae, and other growth. Inspect roofs and assess their condition. Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Apply protective treatments to prevent new growth. Install and inspect roof safety equipment. Document completed work with photos and reports. Provide customers with professional and friendly service. We're Looking for You If You Enjoy working outdoors year-round. Are comfortable working at heights. Have good physical fitness and enjoy hands-on work. Are thorough, responsible, and safety-conscious. Have strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive attitude.
