Requirements: · Master's or engineering degree in economics, finance and management, or law, or public administration and regional development, or equivalent documented experience of at least 10 years · Experience in human resource management welcome · Experience in finance · Knowledge of academic environment advantageous but not mandatory - experience with university operations, grant schemes (GAČR, TAČR, European funds) and specifics of public finance · Legal awareness - orientation in the Labor Code, Higher Education Act, Public Procurement Act, faculty internal regulations · Computer proficiency · Language proficiency in Czech and English · Category B driver's license Job Responsibilities · manages maintenance staff and other operational and technical employees of the faculty · ensures implementation and control of the faculty's economic activities and compliance with laws and other legal regulations, including rectors' orders when performing this activity · ensures preparation and allocation of the faculty budget, is responsible for its fulfillment and economical use of material and financial resources · proposes budget changes within the faculty · monthly evaluates and regulates budget utilization of the faculty · monitors compliance with budget discipline · manages the faculty's property, ensures material equipment of the faculty and maintains it · is responsible for ensuring inventory of economic resources · is responsible for fulfilling tasks of developing the faculty's material and technical base · is responsible for organizing tenders for purchasing investment property and implementation of public contracts under the faculty's purview · is responsible for managing purpose-established funds · ensures implementation and control of compliance with occupational safety and fire protection obligations ________________________________________ More information: http://www.ujep.cz or from Mgr.
