At Taj Mahal, we primarily sell hair products for curly and afro-textured hair, as well as hair extensions, wigs, and natural skincare products. Our customers include both private individuals and hair stylists. In addition to our two physical stores in Stockholm, we also operate a web shop (www.tajmahal.se). We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time, between 2-5 days per week. The position starts as part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time over time. You will work in both of our stores (Skärholmen Centrum and at Drottninggatan 100). The work involves a lot of customer interaction, providing advice, and helping customers find the right products. It is important that you enjoy providing excellent service and that you have knowledge of our product range and the products we sell. We are looking for someone who: Has previously worked in retail Is passionate about hair care Is social, friendly, and has strong customer service skills Enjoys working in a team but is also self-motivated Has experience using or helping others with curly hair products, hair extensions, or wigs Speaks Swedish and English fluently Is familiar with our product range (a big plus!) Job Duties: Assist customers in the store Provide product advice Maintain store organization and stock shelves Handle cash register transactions Pack orders from our web shop as needed Application: Send your CV and cover letter to [email protected].
