Sodexo Transport in Umeå is now looking for new team members for our train cleaning operations. We're looking for you to become part of our team and grow together with us! As a member of our team, you'll have a varied workday where no two days are the same. You'll work with train cleaning in an operation that runs around the clock, and we now need to strengthen both our day team and our evening/night team. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy practical work, like being on the move, and appreciate working together with others. To thrive in this role, you need to be thorough, flexible, and solution-oriented. In the work, situations can arise with short notice, such as changes to schedules or delayed trains. Then it's important that you can stay calm, think creatively, and find good solutions based on the situation. You need to be able to work independently and take responsibility on your own, while also having good collaboration skills and contributing to a positive atmosphere in the team. What you will be working with: Cleaning and making beds on trains Performing work tasks in an ethical manner and in accordance with laws, collective agreements, company policies, guidelines, ethical principles, and values Maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues Handling feedback and complaints quickly and thoroughly To apply for the position, you must: Have completed primary and secondary school Have good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written Be thorough, punctual, and flexible Have a B driver's license Have good physical fitness because cleaning work can sometimes be physically demanding It's a plus if you: Have experience with professional cleaning or another service profession Have previous experience with hotel cleaning or professional bed-making SRY, PRYL, or equivalent training Please note!
