In this role, you will work closely with the operations team and be involved throughout the entire process—from needs and ideas to finished solutions. You have an important role in ensuring that our solutions align with our common reference architecture and contribute to developing it further. Through your work, you will help drive development forward and make it possible for us to offer better, faster, and more sustainable services to both operations and the municipality's residents. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who wants to be part of creating solutions that make a difference. You are passionate about solving operational needs and see the possibilities in technology at the same time. You are a senior developer with an understanding of the entire process from needs and requirements to finished solutions. You can reflect on what makes a good or less good solution, while being pragmatic and able to determine the right way forward in each situation. You work independently and can take responsibility for developing, documenting, and maintaining technical solutions. We see that you have: • a bachelor's or master's degree in systems development or equivalent knowledge • at least five years of experience in professional systems development • experience with .NET and .NET Framework • experience with API development and integrations • experience with Java/JRE in Windows environments and T-SQL • understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, unit testing, certificate management, and container technology • experience with authentication standards such as SAML2 and OIDC • knowledge of React and TypeScript As a person, you are described as curious, analytical, and structured. You have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and support your colleagues in an engaged and pedagogical way. You see continuous improvement and learning as a natural part of work.
