About Us – The Integration Team
We are a dedicated team of seven people total – a team leader, three systems developers, and three colleagues who work with operations and support of our integration platforms. Together, we are responsible for creating robust and efficient processes that hold together the organization's system landscape.
Our technology area is broad and currently includes:
Microsoft BizTalk – for building integration solutions.
Tyk API Management – for managing and securing APIs.
Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) – for retrieving and processing data.
UI PathRobotic Process Automation (RPA) – for automating and simplifying manual processes.
Over the coming years, we will modernize parts of our integration platform.

Job Description
We are now looking for a backend systems developer with an interest in integration platforms or several years of systems development experience. As a systems developer in the integration field, you work independently and collaborate with others in the group and are part of Region Östergötland's ICC team (Integration Competence Center). Your assignments vary and can consist of everything from large projects to smaller tasks spanning a few days, but you always have a close relationship with customers and colleagues.
When you join us, you'll first receive an introduction to our workplace and your assignment, of course tailored to your needs. We can then offer you varied work tasks, development opportunities, and a pleasant office in central Linköping. Your work is performed both individually and as part of a team, and what we do is of great help to many within Region Östergötland, from staff to patients. The work we do creates significant social value – maintaining and developing future integration solutions for healthcare actually contributes to saving lives.
About You
We're looking for someone who wants to work with systems integration. You master development in one or more of the following areas: C#, databases (T-SQL), Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). It's a merit if you have worked with any of the following technologies: Microsoft BizTalk, API development, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Team Foundation Server.
You have higher education in IT or equivalent experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You are a pronounced team player and enjoy continuous learning, but also sharing your knowledge with others. You have a sense of quality and work in a structured manner. You see the big picture but can also dive into detail within your own area of responsibility.
You adapt easily to changed circumstances and see changes as something positive.
