We are 25 civil engineers looking for a long-awaited new team member! Here's what you'll be doing: Solving complex technical problems for real (not just moving bugs between backlogs). Taking technical ownership in assignments with high complexity. Naturally switching between code, architecture, and client dialogue in your work. Quickly getting up to speed on new systems, domains, and business areas. Having fun, developing, and building strong collaborations with colleagues and clients. Who we're looking for: You're a confident, experienced, and sharp developer who: Holds a civil engineering degree with 6+ years of experience or an engineering degree with 8+ years of experience. Speaks fluent Swedish and English. Has strong communication skills, is proactive, independent yet collaborative. Is used to working close to both technology and business. Technical experience we highly value for this role: Broad technical competence with a focus on backend and advanced problem-solving. Experience with multiple programming languages and technologies. Have very good understanding of object-oriented programming and systems development. The most important thing is not exactly which languages you know, but how you think, structure problems, and build sustainable solutions. We love solving problems with code. Why Bit Addict?
