Nyps is Tillväxtverket's custom-developed case management system and the central system support for distributing large sums of EU funding and national support to Sweden's regions and businesses. The system enables the entire flow – from application and processing to payment and follow-up – and is a critical part of the work to strengthen regional growth through knowledge, networks, and financing. Nyps is built in Java and integrates with numerous internal and external interfaces. We are now looking for a senior systems developer who is driven by curiosity and the desire to learn. Main Responsibilities As a developer, you will work in a team that together develops and maintains our business system Nyps. The system is used by Tillväxtverket and 38 additional organizations. Your team is an autonomous, agile team consisting of product owner, systems developers, testers, and UX designers who work iteratively on product development together. Our primary tech stack consists of the following technologies: Java, Scala, Typescript, Angular, and Kubernetes. New technologies are continuously evaluated and implemented in consultation with the development teams, such as AI-supported development. Work Location: one of the following cities: Östersund, Göteborg, Stockholm, Malmö We are looking for you who have: Education from a university or college in IT, or systems development from a vocational college in IT, or equivalent relevant work experience in IT. At least 4 years of relevant work experience in systems development using Javascript, Angular, Scala, Java, Typescript. Since we work almost exclusively in Swedish, it is a requirement to master Swedish in speech and writing. (All interviews are conducted in Swedish.)
