In our Internal IT department, you'll have a central role where you contribute to developing and operating our internal IT systems. About the Role As a Systems Engineer, you'll become part of the team responsible for technology development, support, and operation of Vitec Group's internal IT systems. You work closely with colleagues and support the organization in using our Microsoft-based services, such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, DevOps, and GitHub. Your main responsibilities: Support users and business operations with questions about the services we offer within the group. Participate in onboarding new companies within Vitec Group and ensure they are integrated into our IT environment. Participate in and drive development projects related to systems operation and security. Be part of the support organization within your area of expertise. Have operational responsibility for selected systems within the group. You will work closely with colleagues and contribute to strengthening the team's collective expertise. As we grow, there are good opportunities to eventually change direction and specialize in other interesting areas. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with a couple of years of experience with our Microsoft-based platforms and preferably also with a focus on cybersecurity. You have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more. Perhaps you've worked as a consultant before. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we are an international group. We believe you are proactive, service-oriented, and have a solution-focused approach. You have good analytical skills and can structure your work well. To thrive in this role, you need to be able to work both independently and in a group, where you have good collaboration and communication skills. You are engaged and want to both continue developing yourself in IT and contribute to the development of our internal processes.
