You'll be involved in implementing technical solutions that create business value and contribute to a stable, secure, and modern IT platform. We're undertaking a long-term security upgrade, including measures related to the Cybersecurity Act (NIS2), which means security is a natural and important part of daily work. You'll be an important part of the organization's long-term digitalization journey with a focus on securing, developing, and modernizing sustainable water and wastewater solutions across our four municipalities. The work is varied and operationally close, with a focus on production-adjacent systems (OT), and maintaining a stable IT operations environment. Examples of work tasks: Operations and management of Windows-based server and client environments Development and management of the Microsoft 365 environment Work with virtualization (Hyper-V) and hybrid solutions Networking and communication related to production-adjacent systems (OT) Contribute to improvements in IT and information security, structure, and automation Participation in both smaller improvement initiatives and larger development projects Your Background and Experience We're looking for you who thrive in a broad and responsible role as a systems technician, where you have the opportunity to combine operational work with development and continuous improvements. You have post-secondary education in a relevant field and/or several years of experience working as a systems technician or in a similar role. We'd also like to see that you have good understanding of IT security. To succeed in the role, you have good knowledge within: Windows Server Microsoft 365 Networking Device management It's particularly advantageous if you also have knowledge of: BI and data-driven analysis AI and automation Integration solutions As a person, you are analytical, structured, and take great responsibility for your work. You are driven by improving and simplifying as well as building long-term sustainable solutions. You are solution-oriented and curious, with strong ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to translate the organization's needs into well-functioning technical solutions. You are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing and hold a B driver's license. Skåne Blekinge Water Services AB (SBVT) SBVT is a joint operations company whose mission is to operate water and wastewater facilities in Bromölla, Olofström, Osby, and Östra Göinge. SBVT is owned by Bromölla Energi & Vatten AB, Olofströms kraft AB, Osby Municipality, and Östra Göinge Municipality. Together, the four municipalities have over 52,000 residents and approximately 15,000 customers/households connected to the water and wastewater facilities managed by SBVT. This includes over 180 miles of water and wastewater lines, 16 water treatment plants, and 15 wastewater treatment plants. SBVT currently has approximately 60 employees and an annual revenue of approximately 280 Mkr. The company's purpose is to maintain an efficient, competent, and sustainable organization for operating the co-owners' respective water and wastewater facilities - for the benefit of our water and wastewater subscribers.
