Job Responsibilities The Cybersecurity Defense unit is part of the Operations center within our business area. We are responsible for delivering robust IT security products and IT solutions to Trafikverket's digital landscape. As a Systems Technician specializing in email security, you will work with analyzing illegitimate email and malicious code to protect our email communications, as well as operating, maintaining, and supporting our technical solutions. Your job duties will include: Analyzing and setting rules for our email protection Participating in projects or assignments Documenting procedures and system descriptions Installing, configuring, and updating systems Lifecycle management To meet future risks and threats, the unit prioritizes employee development. Through external and internal training, we provide the support you need for your professional growth. Trafikverket operates one of the country's most complex and extensive IT operations and is responsible for several critical IT services to society. We are looking for someone who has: Upper secondary education with a focus on data/IT or other relevant education and experience that we consider equivalent Several years of experience as a systems technician (or equivalent role) where you have worked with operation and management of IT systems in server environments, for example configuration and lifecycle management, or IT systems within cybersecurity Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is an advantage if you have: Experience with technical security solutions for email delivery and authentication Experience with email systems and email management Experience working in Linux environments Experience with scripting languages Experience working in Azure DevOps Other Information The work location for this position is Borlänge or Gothenburg. Web-based tests will be used as part of the selection process in this recruitment. Interviews are planned to be conducted via Skype during week 35.
