Professional development based on operational needs and your career goals
3 hours of training per week during work hours.
28-35 vacation days per year depending on age.

Main Responsibilities
As a systems technician, you have an important role where you and your colleagues share responsibility for operating the Swedish Armed Forces' IT systems. Your work tasks mainly consist of performing installations, troubleshooting, optimization, maintenance, and configuration of servers and network equipment, as well as user support.
For new releases or major changes, you participate in planning and implementation. You will also revise technical documentation and report and document ongoing and completed work.
Requirements
Qualifications
University education in IT/data or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of work experience with LAN/WAN.
Good knowledge of server environments and client management.
Work experience with installation, troubleshooting, and operation of Windows/Linux servers.
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Category B driver's license for manual cars.
Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Work experience with operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server environments and clients in larger networks.
Work based on agile principles and approaches.
Experience with the Swedish Armed Forces' operations.
Certificate management.
Knowledge of signal protection equipment, alarm handling, and log analysis.
Other Information
Employment Type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those not currently employed by the agency.
Employment Level: Full-time.
Work Location: Bålsta.
Start Date: As soon as possible by agreement.
On-call duty and work at other locations are included in the position.
