Systems Coordinator for Disability Support Services, Ängelholm Municipality

About the position
As a systems coordinator, you work from the needs of the operations and ensure that our systems function effectively and are up to date. You are an important support function for our operations within Disability Support Services and contribute to creating good conditions for employees to work independently and with high quality.

WORK TASKS
In this role you will:
• Be responsible for administration, structure, and updates of the department's systems
• Serve as head administrator (HAD) in multiple systems
• Manage permissions and set up new staff
• Provide support in TimeCare support matters together with other system administrators
• Participate in the implementation of new systems
• Create and update quick reference guides, checklists, and procedures
• Conduct internal training sessions
• Order and configure phones and ensure that the right apps are installed
You will work in the following systems:
TimeCare MA, TimeCare Pool, Life Care provider, My Plans, Personec self-service, Phoniro, Procapita, Sensio, the skills portal, Appva, and AiAi.
You contribute actively to the development of the department by:
• Supporting employees with system-related questions
• Identifying development needs and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with colleagues, unit managers, and systems managers
• Ensuring that work complies with current governance documents
• Monitoring the external environment and sharing knowledge
Your duties also include:
• Registering users and staff in AiAi
• Collaborating with external parties, for example the Swedish Social Insurance Agency
• Managing registration forms
• Administering time reporting, corrections, and approvals
• Sending invoices to users, guardians, or administrators
The work may also include other tasks that occur within the department. The job content may change over time based on operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
• Have good administrative and organizational skills
• Have an interest in digital systems and business development
• Are pedagogical and enjoy educating and supporting others
• Have good collaboration skills and work independently
• It is an advantage if you have experience working in municipal operations, and great weight will be placed on personal suitability in relation to the requirements of the assignment.
We would like to see that you have:
Post-secondary education in administration, IT, or other education that the employer considers relevant.
The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be used for internal redeployment, according to applicable regulations.
