About the Role As a systems engineer, you have a central role throughout the entire development chain - from requirements gathering to completed system solution. You work to translate customer and operational requirements into well-developed technical solutions, with a focus on reliability, functionality, and integration. You are an important link between different technical areas and ensure that systems and subsystems work together effectively. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with engineers, project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Travel may be required in this role. Your main responsibilities include: Analyze and break down system requirements into technical solutions and subsystems Ensure that solutions meet requirements for functionality, quality, and operational reliability Plan and conduct system verification and validation Responsible for system integration and ensure that the overall solution functions according to requirements Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers throughout different project phases As a consultant at Jefferson Wells, you'll have the opportunity to work on technically advanced assignments, develop your expertise, and build experience in an environment where structure, quality, and precision are in focus. We would like to see that you have: Experience with systems development or systems integration Ability to work systematically with requirements, analysis, and technical documentation An analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving Experience working in technically complex environments (advantageous) A desire to develop and grow in your role as a consultant The assignment requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security regulations. For certain roles, security clearance may be required, which may involve requirements for specific citizenship.
