We're looking for a systems engineer for an assignment in Stockholm where you work at the intersection between a shared technology platform and real product teams. You build, integrate, and improve solutions used in live operations — not prototypes that gather dust. You bring shared building blocks into ongoing projects, adapt them to context, and develop them based on what you learn together with the business. The work spans three tracks: strategic digitalization initiatives, hands-on implementation in production environments, and shared components — shared platform, design system, and modular architecture. In this role, you analyze system behavior, performance, and dependencies. You also improve tools, delivery flow, and working methods at the systems level. The technical environment includes cloud, CI/CD, distributed systems, and elements of data/AI. We're looking for someone with a strong background in software development, experience with cloud and modular architecture, and who can provide direction in an environment where requirements shift. You collaborate closely with architects, developers, and domain experts. Success is measured both in what you deliver and in what the team can do afterward. Swedish and English, spoken and written.
