LFV is now seeking systems engineers with a focus on terminal systems, based at Arlanda. At LFV, you get the opportunity to take comprehensive responsibility for important systems in an operation where your expertise makes a difference every day. About the Role As a systems engineer, you work with operation, maintenance, management, and development of technical systems and associated hardware, for example check-in systems and information displays used operatively in terminals. The work requires, among other things, installation, troubleshooting, and testing of hardware and software. Most systems run in a Windows environment, but you will also come into contact with Linux. You are based at Arlanda, but travel to other locations may occur. Working hours are daytime, 07:30–16:00, and the role includes on-call duty. Who Are You? To succeed in the role, you have experience in IT work, for example as a network administrator, network technician, systems technician, or support technician. You are comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments and have relevant upper secondary education as a foundation. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of networks and server environments, can document technical solutions in Swedish and English, and are comfortable working independently as well as in projects. A manual B driving license is a requirement. It is meritorious if you have experience with Linux server operations, SCCM and application packaging, Active Directory and policy management, and if you have higher education, certifications, or experience with ITIL and other management models. Before employment, LFV conducts a security clearance that includes, among other things, background checks, security interviews, and drug testing. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
