System Administrator for Care-Proximate System Management, Region Västernorrland

About the Operations Regional Management Administration has three main assignments: To govern and support operations based on legislation and regulations. To offer support and services to the operations' processes and development. To provide support and qualitative materials to the political representative organization and regional management. The IT Support business area is tasked with developing and managing overarching and common processes in the field. It is also responsible for services within these areas. Our operations are primarily located in Sundsvall, Härnösand, Örnsköldsvik and Sollefteå. The business area's mission is to deliver IT services and telephony of high quality and security to the region's operations. Deliveries are made through projects, management and support to a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as a purchasing organization since large parts of the region's IT operations are handled by an external supplier. We are in an intensive period with continued development of the Cosmic journal system and the service is focused on work with care-proximate management and development. We are now seeking two system administrators/object specialists for the care-proximate system management unit. You will work within the Care Support and e-Health management object with a focus on Cosmic. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. If needed, there may be an opportunity for clinical work as part of the position. Optional placement location within the region in Örnsköldsvik, Sundsvall, Härnösand and Sollefteå. The unit is responsible for care-proximate system management of Cosmic. You work close to healthcare operations and contribute to the system functioning in the daily work of healthcare employees. The assignment involves developing, managing and improving system support. We are now strengthening the regional Cosmic management in the following areas: Care Documentation Care Administration Medicine Ordering and Response Education Depending on your competence profile, you will be matched to the relevant area. Job Responsibilities Handle cases related to Cosmic and ensure that these are followed up and resolved Analyze the operation's needs and convert these into concrete improvement suggestions in systems and working methods Order and validate configuration in cooperation with the supplier Conduct dialogue with the operation to capture needs and support the use of the system Report status, deviations and development needs to the object manager Quality assure documentation for end users Contribute to activities in the management plan being carried out as planned Conduct training initiatives for the operation Participate in testing, implementation of changes and version upgrades of the system Qualifications We are looking for you who Have academic education in healthcare or other university education that the employer considers relevant Have experience working with the Cosmic healthcare information system Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Hold a B driver's license It is advantageous if you Have education in system management or information systems Have clinical education (e.g. nurse, nursing assistant, physician, medical secretary or equivalent) Have work experience in care-proximate system management or similar work Have experience working independently and managing multiple parallel tasks Have work experience planning and conducting training initiatives Have work experience collaborating with suppliers and external parties Have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written To succeed in the role, we believe you have these personal qualities Durable Pedagogical insight Relationship-building Service-oriented Region Västernorrland With approximately 7,000 employees and over 200 professions, we at Region Västernorrland are responsible for several of the operations that are most important for residents' ability to participate in society.
