Read more about us at www.unigraphics.se What Does the Role Offer? You will have a central role at UniGraphics managing and developing business systems and digital solutions. You will work closely with operations, identify needs, and coordinate changes together with users and external vendors. You will, among other things: - manage and develop business system functions, CRM, and other business-critical systems - support and train users and function as a SuperUser in the business system - drive and coordinate system projects together with operations, employees, and external vendors - work with EDI, integrations, information flows, and master data - identify improvements and develop smarter digital and AI-based working methods - contribute to the development of web and e-commerce together with the IT & Web Manager - act as a requirements manager for external vendors The business system is Pyramid and Litium is used for the web. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has worked closely with business systems, systems administration, or e-commerce and who has a good understanding of how systems, integrations, and information flows connect. You have experience driving or coordinating projects and are comfortable working with both users and external vendors. If you have experience with EDI, master data, or as a SuperUser in a business system, that's a bonus. Experience with Pyramid, B2B/B2C e-commerce, web publishing, or SEO is valuable. Relevant education in IT or systems science is positive, but not required if you have built equivalent competence through your work experience. As a person, you enjoy creating structure and making things work a little better than they did yesterday. You are curious and solution-oriented and like to understand why a problem occurs so you can find a sustainable solution. At the same time, you are pedagogical and enjoy helping others, explaining systems in simple terms, and collaborating with different parts of the organization.
