The Operations Support and Development Unit within the Care and Social Services Administration in Östersund Municipality is now seeking a systems administrator who wants to be part of the driving and developmental work of the administration's operational systems.
The Operations Support and Development Unit is a staff unit responsible for developing and coordinating the administration's operational systems, welfare technology, and security and facility-related matters. The unit consists of approximately 30 employees and is organized into two sections; an operational section that is responsible for programming and deprogramming of safety alarms, digital locks and other welfare technology, and a section that works with strategic assignments.
We are located in newly renovated premises at Sollidenvägen 64A and the office contributes to a good work environment and promotes close collaboration. Working hours are office hours, Monday to Friday. The position is 100% with a planned start in the fall.
Your new job
As a systems administrator, you are part of the Care and Social Services Administration's work group for digitalization and automation. You are responsible for managing and developing the administration's specific operational systems, as well as sharing responsibility for various types of registers, including the HSA register. You work in a team with the unit's administration manager, systems administrators, and system administrators. You will provide support to all operations within the administration and you will cooperate with both suppliers and other equivalent functions within Östersund Municipality.
The assignment includes adapting systems according to requirements and needs so that they support the operations' working methods, processes, legal requirements, and user support. You handle change requests to/from the supplier and are the coordinator for contact between suppliers and various units within the municipality. You are responsible for maintaining the supplier agreement.

Developing systems management plans and agreements between the IT unit and operations
Following up on incidents and problems
Managing changes in IT systems
Coordinating contact between supplier and IT unit's system operations
Maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers together with system administrator
Your competence
Requirements
You have relevant education for the assignment and/or experience that the employer considers equivalent.
Experience following up on incidents and problems
Experience managing changes in operational systems
Merits
Experience working with care and social services-related operational systems, such as Viva, Kompanion, MCSS, etc.
Experience with register management
Experience establishing governance documents
Knowledge of the Care and Social Services Administration's operations
