WORK TASKS The IT operations team needs reinforcement. The team currently consists of five people with different skills who together ensure operations, development and management of several different systems. We are now looking for a systems administrator who can contribute with their experience, new ideas and structure. The role currently includes team leadership responsibilities. As a systems administrator you work as a specialist with a deep understanding of system functions and are well-informed about the business needs so that you can understand what we need to change and improve. You participate in continuous development work through requirements and testing as well as ensure high availability through improvement work, troubleshooting, analysis and fault correction of production systems. As a team leader you contribute to correct prioritization within the team based on decided priorities, contribute to effective working methods and represent the team in various forums such as agency-wide planning. You work closely with the unit manager to ensure the right conditions for the team and you contribute to a good working environment. SPV is facing an exciting transformation journey within our IT environment. The system landscape within IT operations currently consists of IT solutions built with both older and modern technology. Together you drive your own development as a team and collaborate with other teams within SPV. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has an academic degree in IT or several years of experience that we consider equivalent. You have experience identifying and driving changes for IT systems. You also have experience driving requirements and testing work in an agile organization and understand the importance of collaboration between IT and business. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We consider it meritorious if you: • have experience with SQL • have experience from systems administration models • have experience with Azure DevOps • have experience with .Net, C#, Cobol, NServiceBus • are a certified scrum master • are certified in requirements and/or testing work To succeed in this assignment, your personal qualities are very important and we will place great emphasis on them in this recruitment.
