Your Assignment
You will be the link between our departments and IT units within the Corporate Staff for Digitalization. The job involves managing system administration plans and ensuring that systems are well maintained from both a maintenance and development perspective. You will work with the entire life cycle of an IT service, from procurement and implementation to further development, management, and decommissioning.
The role also involves actively contributing to an agile way of working and taking responsibility for a role as a team coach. This means that you, together with the team, drive priorities, improvements, and deliveries forward while supporting the team's development of working methods, collaboration, and ability to achieve set goals.
Here are examples of work tasks and areas of responsibility:
Plan and drive requirement work in collaboration with the business
Communicate with various stakeholders about needs, priorities, and solutions
Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the team's planning, follow-up, and continuous improvements
Take on a role as team coach by supporting the team's work methods, collaboration, priorities, and delivery capability
Create clarity, participation, and momentum in the team's joint work
Follow up on supplier agreements regarding service level fulfillment, finances, and security requirements

Proactively suggest technical improvements and maintain good customer relationships
Assist with upgrades, releases of IT solutions, and installations
Support the business with knowledge and problem-solving
Handle cases with external IT suppliers

To Succeed in This Role, You Need:
We are looking for someone with higher education or qualifications that the employer deems equivalent
You have good knowledge of IT system administration and a technical background that gives you a good understanding of how different systems work together
The role requires experience working in agile teams and a good understanding of agile working methods, such as planning, prioritization, follow-up, and continuous improvement
You also need the ability and experience to support, facilitate, and coach teams in their working methods and development
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement
Meritorious:
Experience working as a scrum master, team coach, agile coach, product owner, or work in a corresponding role
Experience with information security and risk analyses
Good ability to formulate technical requirements
Good knowledge of management models and frameworks, such as ITIL, PM3, or SAFe
Personal Qualities:
You are an engaged and self-driven person with good analytical skills, structure, and a communicative approach. You have a talent for building trust, creating relationships, and driving progress in teams, while remaining flexible and service-oriented.
