Are you a system administrator with experience in external services? We are now looking for a new team member for our IT department. In close collaboration with an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to influence both details and the bigger picture in projects that strengthen the Swedish Armed Forces' and Sweden's capabilities. Here, your work is meaningful at every step, from needs and ideas to delivery and follow-up. About the Position As a system administrator, you will have a central role in ensuring efficient use of our services and their various extensions. You will be involved in implementing, managing, and developing services to meet business needs and create value for our users. In this role, you are a technical advisor to users and contribute to improvements in delivery and quality. You are responsible for the technical architecture in collaboration with internal architects and external vendors, and you create and maintain technical documentation, such as system architecture and design specifications. You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge through presentations and training within the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), and collaborate with our training provider. As an important representative of the administration, you will work with various parts of the agency, both internally and externally, to develop and maintain sustainable technical solutions. The position is based in Stockholm. Travel may occur. About You We are looking for someone with a college or university degree, preferably in IT, or equivalent competence acquired in other ways that we consider equivalent. You have relevant and current experience working with IT system administration and/or external IT services, as well as experience developing and managing system documentation for IT systems. You also have experience working within a defense agency, as well as providing user support and conducting training. The position requires good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have experience working according to PM3 and ITIL 4 models. We would like to see that you have relevant and current experience with IT systems and IT solutions within a larger organization. Personal qualities are very important to us.
