The Support and Care Unit within the Support and Care Sector is seeking a systems administrator for the systems administration organization. The unit has 20 employees, including development managers, planning managers, and systems administrators, and is led by an Administrative Manager. The administration is organized by sectors. The Support and Care Sector includes social services, elder care, municipal health and medical care, and labor market and functional support activities. The unit is organized directly under sector management and provides support services to all sector operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a systems administrator, you are responsible for operations-focused systems administration, supporting operations with user support, permission requests, system maintenance, and development tasks in the system. The Support and Care Sector primarily uses the business system Treserva, but there are other systems managed by the systems administration organization. The sector is also facing a transition and implementation of a new business system. The job includes contact with suppliers and sector employees. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and communicating with others to achieve the best possible results and enjoys supporting operations with system development and support. You are expected to work in a structured, careful, and efficient manner with a clear sense of service. You have the ability to quickly learn new systems and questions and prioritize well. As a person, you are curious, attentive, results-oriented, and have good administrative and organizational abilities. You enjoy working independently and in teams. You have upper secondary education or equivalent, good computer skills, and experience working in digital systems. It is advantageous if you have previous professional experience within one of the sector's operational areas and experience with Treserva, Combine, TES, and MCSS.
