Welcome to become part of the City of Lidingö – the bridge to the future. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES We are now seeking a substitute for our systems administrator who is on parental leave. As a substitute systems administrator, you will become an important coordinating force in the ongoing work with our two largest operational systems, Ecos and Nova. You will hold together ongoing management, support the operations with day-to-day system matters, and contribute to the work being driven forward with good structure, quality, and security. The role involves both ongoing coordination and support in systems administration work, participation in development matters and information security. Your main work duties include: • Administer Ecos and Nova systems, including planning, prioritization, and follow-up of administration work. • Coordinate and structure administration and development needs together with operations, IT, and suppliers. • Drive and update the systems administration plan, continuity plan, recovery plan, and plan for digital preservation. • Ensure that systems and procedures comply with information security requirements and KLASSA. • Ensure that documentation for legal compliance, including requirements related to NIS2, is correct, up-to-date, and accessible. • Share knowledge and support Superusers/coordinators, including through dialogues, training, and ongoing information sharing. • Lead and coordinate networks, forums, and recurring check-ins. • Be the main contact with suppliers, conduct supplier meetings, follow-ups, and planned activities. • Participate in implementations, upgrades, and projects related to the systems. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for an experienced systems administrator with a good understanding of operations-focused systems administration. Experience with Ecos is a strong merit, as the system forms a central part of the assignment. If you also have experience with Nova, we consider that an asset. You have the ability to work in a structured, independent, and coordinating manner. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of information security and work with governance documents. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. The City applies individual salary setting.
