The position is a one-year substitute role starting in January 2027 on a full-time basis. As part of our engaged team and subject group, you will work together with your colleagues to truly make a difference in students' development. Our strong belief in students' potential permeates our teaching, and you will work together with your colleagues to create a safe, structured, and developmental learning environment where students have the opportunity to be both challenged and stimulated. In the role, you work closely with both teaching colleagues and support pedagogues in close collaboration, where our shared mission is to lead and support students in their social and academic development. You will also have responsibility for mentoring a class, which gives you the opportunity to create long-term relationships and contribute to a positive school day. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with a Swedish teaching degree in craft and design and Swedish teaching certification. You are a pedagogue with good insight and the ability to translate the curriculum's goals into your daily work. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared, and you have clear leadership that makes you stand strong in your student groups and create a positive learning environment. For us, collaboration is a key factor for success, and we are therefore looking for someone who sees the importance of collegial learning, clear routines, and shared approaches. You are open, communicate in a straightforward and humble manner, and create trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Since teaching in craft and design takes place in Swedish but colleagues speak both Swedish and English together, you need to be fluent in both languages in speech and writing.
