Sylvamo Nymölla Mill is located two miles east of Kristianstad in Bromölla Municipality. The mill manufactures paper pulp using the magnefite method and uncoated fine paper. Our most well-known product is Multicopy. Production capacity is 340,000 tons of pulp and 475,000 tons of fine paper. Are you a driven and engaged person who enjoys working in the industrial sector? You will become part of our internal logistics team, where you work in shipping as a truck driver. All shipments today are via truck, and you have an important role in ensuring that the flow runs smoothly and efficiently. You will receive thorough training from experienced and helpful colleagues, which gives you a secure start in the role. We offer good opportunities to develop and learn new things over time. About the Position Your daily work will include, among other things: · Loading/unloading of paper/pulp and packaging · Dissolving own/external pulp in our pulp dissolver · Inspection rounds aimed at detecting and addressing malfunctions in the facility · Responsibility for initiating and in some cases ordering or performing maintenance work and minor repairs · Initiating contact and collaborating with other departments In the long-term work, you will become an important part of our continuous improvement efforts, with a focus on developing both our operations and production processes. You will also actively contribute to the work environment initiatives within the department. Who are you? Your Knowledge and Experience We are looking for someone with a completed upper secondary school diploma. It is an advantage if you have experience from industrial operations or similar industries, preferably in logistics or transport. If you have previous experience with truck driving, we consider that a merit. The position requires you to be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, and to have good computer skills. A valid B driver's license is required. Other Information The positions we are offering are permanent full-time positions and working hours are continuous 2-shift work.
