WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU You are business-minded, result-driven, and customer-focused You have proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams to achieve strong results You have experience in setting and implementing action plans, managing budgets, and following up on goals and performance outcomes You have a strong understanding of profit and loss management and know how departmental actions impact business results You have the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment You have strong communication skills in English You have the ability to engage and inspire others by creating passion and commitment around your plans and ideas You have the confidence and capability to address, confront, and manage poor performance effectively You have a proven ability to understand the cause-and-effect relationship of business decisions and their outcomes You have experience working in the Food & Beverage industry You have a proven track record of consistently achieving agreed budgets and business goals, while executing long-term plans over several years You have experience leading and managing teams, preferably within a Food & Beverage environment You have experience working successfully in a fast-paced environment WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Monitor and secure the operations of SFM & Bistro adhere to the IKEA Quality and Food Safety standards and always meet relevant local legislation Lead and inspire the SFM & Bistro team with customer focus mindset and deliver great service, attitude reflecting IKEA values and high-quality products to customers Work with the Store Manager in formulating and executing Food strategy and action plan to support Store and Country Business Plan and the IKEA Food Direction & Strategy Work closely with Communication & Interior Design (Com&In) department and the Commercial Activity Leader to prepare and execute vitality and activity plan with reference to the Swedish celebrations, IKEA Food action plan and Commercial Calendar Secure the implementation of store activities and promotion timely and effectively in SFM & Bistro with right sales forecast, merchandising method, manpower and co-worker and customer engagement activities and then follow up the result for future improvement Work closely with Communication and Interior Design function to present the SFM & Bistro range with updated merchandising communication and according to IKEA Concept Responsible for setting and agreeing sales goals, KPIs with the team and follow up regularly and act when deviation arises Work closely with the Sales team to maximize the exposure and sales opportunity of SFM products in the store Secure a competent and high-performing team in which you inspire and motivate the team to achieve goals, empower and recognize co-worker contribution and develop talents to secure succession planning in your area Know the local market situation and potential and take appropriate actions and feedback to Service Office IKEA Food team when necessary TOGETHER AS A TEAM Inspires and enables people to live a more sustainable and healthier life and creates a taste of Sweden and offer appealing range to the many people STAFF BENEFITS Annual Fixed Bonus, Discretionary Bonus, 8-10 days Rest Day per month, 17 days Public Holiday, Paid Leave (e.g. Paid Annual Leave, 14 weeks Maternity Leave, 5 days Paternity Leave, 1 week Marriage Leave), Employee Medical Coverage, Non-Contributory Retirement Plan, Staff Purchase Discount, Birthday Coupon, Referral Bonus, Excellent Career Path Personal data collected will be kept and handled confidentially by authorized personnel for recruitment purposes only.
