Swede-Wheel AB is Seeking a Setup Technician - Automatic Press

We are now seeking a setup technician for our press department. As a setup technician in our press department, you are responsible for setting up, rigging, and optimizing our automatic and eccentric presses. You work closely with operators and play an important role in ensuring that production maintains high quality, the correct pace, and a safe work environment. Job Responsibilities: Set up and rig automatic and eccentric presses. Change and adjust tools. Start up and optimize production. Troubleshoot and resolve production disruptions. Ensure that manufacturing meets quality requirements and technical drawings. Collaborate with operators and other departments for efficient production flow. Participate in improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity. We are looking for someone who: Has several years of work experience in sheet metal processing, sheet metal workshop, and/or manufacturing industry. Has a technical interest and good mechanical understanding. Is solution-oriented and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious.
