About the Position As a welding technician, you will work in production assembling Sveba Dahlen's equipment and solutions. You will work with mechanical assembly, welding, and customization of equipment according to drawings and technical specifications. This is a role for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and seeing the finished results of what you build. Responsibilities MIG and TIG welding Mechanical assembly and final assembly Reading drawings and quality control Troubleshooting and practical problem-solving work Collaboration with colleagues in production and projects We Are Looking for Someone Who Has workshop technical training or equivalent experience Has experience with welding and industrial assembly Is comfortable reading and working from technical drawings Enjoys practical and physical work Has a solution-oriented and self-driven work approach Is flexible and appreciates variety in work Has good collaboration skills and a positive attitude Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written Holds a Class B driver's license Additional Information This position is a temp-to-hire recruitment with good opportunities for direct employment with the client company after the recruitment period.
