DUTIES As a welding instructor at Campus Oxelösund, you will teach students in our vocational training programs aimed at industry. The training aims to give students knowledge in industrial production, the ability to perform tasks in mechanical material processing and product manufacturing, and they also gain knowledge about systematic workplace safety. The students' instructor-led teaching time alternates with practice periods (APL) at companies, group discussions, study visits, and independent study time. As a welding instructor, you work teaching and developing students and guiding them correctly on their path to a professional role. All students at Campus Oxelösund have an individual study plan and have the opportunity to tailor their education to their own needs, and as a welding instructor you will help develop this plan. You will be an important support for students throughout their schooling. As a welding instructor, you will work with other teachers and together develop industrial training. We use the Läroportalen platform for our courses. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • are IWS-trained welding instructor • have examination certificate in arc welding methods H-LO45 (MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG) • have authorization for supervision of welder certifications • have good computer skills • have a Class B driver's license Meritorious: • We would like you to have experience teaching adults. • Experience with multicultural activities. • Have experience in maintenance. • Experience in distance education and teaching via the Läroportalen platform. • Experience in validation • Experience in gas welding. You have good collaboration skills and can work flexibly and in a structured manner. Employment form: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: Start January 4, 2027.
