We are now seeking, on behalf of one of our customers, a skilled welder-assembler for a specialized workshop just outside Laholm. This is an exciting role for you who both have welding experience and enjoy practical, technical work in a creative environment. You will become part of a small and cohesive team where quality, craftsmanship, and customer customization are in focus. In this role, you will work with both assembly and welding. You will handle MIG welding in steel and TIG welding in stainless steel, often based on drawings and technical documents. You are involved in the entire process – from preparation to finished product – and get the opportunity to work with customized solutions in close collaboration with colleagues and production. Who are you? We believe you have a few years of welding experience and feel confident working with both MIG and TIG. You have good technical understanding and enjoy working practically with your hands. Reading drawings and working systematically are a natural part of your profession. If you also have welding licenses, forklift certification, or an interest in vehicles and manufacturing, that's a plus, but not required. Most important is that you are thorough, responsible, and have the willingness to learn and develop together with the team. We see that you have Work ethic and are not afraid to learn new things Experience reading drawings Previous welding experience; licenses are a plus Good ability to communicate in Swedish, spoken and written Forklift certification A+B and documented experience. Working hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday.
