About the Position Are you an experienced welder looking to work in a quality-focused production environment? We are now seeking several experienced and detail-oriented welders with expertise in MIG/MAG and TIG welding at one of our clients in Valdemarsvik. What the Role Entails As a welder, you will perform manual welding primarily on black materials such as sheet metal using MIG/MAG welding methods. TIG welding and welding of non-ferrous materials (aluminum/stainless steel) also occur. You will work daily according to drawings, perform welding work according to specifications, and ensure that finished products meet high quality standards. You will weld various components, but primarily chambers in different sizes and thicknesses. As a welder, your role also includes self-inspections and quality control of manufactured components. Work is performed both independently and in collaboration with other colleagues in various production departments. Qualifications * Education at least at upper secondary level in Industrial Technology with a focus on welding. * Several years of work experience where you have welded using MIG/MAG and TIG methods, in both black and non-ferrous materials. * Good knowledge of blueprint reading * Hot work certification * Class B driver's license and access to a car if you do not reside within Valdemarsvik municipality. * Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious * Valid welding certificate in the above-mentioned welding methods and materials. * Forklift certification As a person, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and responsible, and who thrives in an industrial workshop environment.
