You will work with varying welding tasks and have the opportunity to develop your skills in both MIG/MAG and TIG welding. This position is a staffing placement, which means you will initially be employed by Montico with excellent opportunities for a long-term position with the client company. About the Position In your role as a welder, you will work with manufacturing and processing of the company's products. The work is based on drawings and instructions where quality and precision are an important part of daily work. You will primarily work with MIG/MAG welding, but TIG welding also occurs. The role suits you if you enjoy practical work, take responsibility for your tasks, and like finding solutions when needed. Job Description Your main responsibilities will include: *MIG/MAG welding and TIG welding. *Reading and interpreting drawings. *Preparing material for welding. *Inspecting and quality-assuring completed work. *Performing finishing work and adjustments as needed. *Contributing to order, safety, and improvements in production. We Are Looking for You We are looking for someone with welding experience who enjoys a practical role where quality and precision are central. You are a person who takes responsibility for your work, is solution-oriented, and has a desire to develop. To succeed in the role, we would like you to: *Have experience with MIG/MAG, TIG welding, or an interest in developing within this field. *Be able to read and understand drawings. *Be thorough and quality-conscious. *Take your own initiative and work independently. *Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment. *Have a B-class driver's license and access to a car. It is a merit if you have experience welding thin materials as well as forklift or overhead crane certification, but this is not a requirement.
