Learn more about the company at www.elkapsling.se or www.lagercrantz.com The Role as Welder As a welder with us, you are part of our production, where we manufacture high-quality enclosures with short lead times. You will: · Work with blueprint reading and manual welding (TIG, MIG/MAG) · Start and follow up work in our business system Monitor · Perform inspection and review of finished products against blueprints or specifications · Support other workshop tasks within production as needed We work in a team-oriented manner, and you contribute to both product quality and order and well-being in the workshop. Who We Think You Are You have education or experience in industry/technology and preferably have welding experience professionally. Blueprint reading is a natural part of the role. We consider it an asset if you have worked with TIG welding, other welding methods, and/or Monitor. But we also know that the right attitude can weigh heavily – if you've welded in your spare time and want to take the step professionally, we'll give you the chance to grow with us.
