Do you want to be part of building tomorrow's industrial projects? Bravida is looking for an industrial pipe fitter/pipe welder to join our Borlänge Industrial Piping department. At Bravida Industry in Borlänge, we primarily work with pipe installation in hydropower and process industries, but also other complex and technically demanding installations occur, both locally and at other locations. We offer our customers the complete chain from idea to finished pipe system. About the Role As an industrial pipe fitter, you need to be prepared to travel for work during parts of the year. You are responsible for both assembly and welding of pressure-bearing pipe systems in various materials. You will work closely with project managers, other fitters, and welders in a team where safety, quality, and precision are central. Work Tasks Assembly, joint preparation, and welding of industrial pipe systems and steel structures according to drawings, isometrics, flow diagrams, and specifications. Welding with TIG/MMA (depending on project) of carbon steel and stainless steel. Assembly of pipe supports and secondary steel. Perform leak testing, pressure testing, and participate in quality inspections. Cooperate with other professions and work management to maintain schedules and safety requirements. Document completed work and follow applicable occupational health and safety regulations. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is practical, self-motivated, and thorough. You value professional pride and have solid experience from industrial installations and feel confident in both welding and assembly. Requirements Trade certificate as pipe fitter and/or documented experience from similar assignments. Welding certification according to e.g. EN ISO 9606-1 for TIG/MMA. Experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel. Good ability to read and interpret isometrics, welding plans, and pipe diagrams. Driver's license category B Able to work at other locations Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience from projects in paper & pulp industry, steel industry, energy, petrochemicals, or other heavy industry. Hot Work certification, SSG, Mobile work platforms, fall protection, forklift, safe lifting, crane license, etc. Experience with prefabrication in workshop and assembly on site.
