Production mainly involves MIG, MAG, and TIG welding. As a welder, you will work in a team where you share collective responsibility for producing planned volumes to high quality standards. Job responsibilities consist mainly of: * Tack welding in fixtures, finishing welds according to technical specifications, and freehand welding * Post-weld finishing * Quality assurance against drawings PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS As a person, you are driven, responsible, and productive. You work independently while also collaborating with other parts of the operation within your area of responsibility. You have experience with MIG, MAG, and TIG welding and are proficient in reading technical drawings. The role requires organization and attention to detail, along with good skills in reading technical drawings. The work requires flexibility and independence as there is variation in the tasks performed. The following are requirements to qualify for the position: * Welding experience * Experience interpreting and reading technical drawings * Ability to work shifts ABOUT THE POSITION The welder position is full-time with a start date by agreement. For the right person, there will be good opportunities for development and the possibility to transition to permanent employment with the company where you work.
