Would you like varied work where you combine practical craftsmanship with technical sales? We sell and rent standardized and custom-designed maritime containers, modules and platforms. We are now looking for a flexible, skilled and solution-oriented team player to join our team. About the role In this broad key role, you are the link between our workshop and our sales team. You will work from our brand new facility (built 2025/2026) which houses a modern workshop and fresh office spaces totaling 1,250 sqm, plus an associated storage area of 16,500 sqm. Here you work both practically in the workshop and administratively with technical quotations to ensure that the customer's vision becomes reality. Your main responsibilities: • Welding and modifications: Practical work adapting containers, modules and platforms in both wood and metal. • Versatile workshop work: General maintenance, assembly and repairs, loading/unloading and ensuring smooth goods flow. • Technical coordination: Plan and synchronize project flow between the workshop and sales team. • Technical quotation preparation: Preparation of technical documentation and quotations for custom solutions. Your profile We are looking for someone who is a natural problem solver and enjoys taking considerable responsibility for your projects. We want you to have: • Good experience and documented knowledge in welding. • Technical understanding and ability to read drawings. • Strong ability to plan, structure and coordinate your own and collaborative work. • Good administrative skills and computer proficiency for quotation processing. • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. • It is a merit if you have a wheel loader license.
