As a welder with our client, you will have varied work in a production environment where quality, safety, and precision are central. The position is a consulting assignment through Lernia and placement is in Hylte and the surrounding area. About the position You will work with welding components and structures according to drawings and work orders. Work tasks include preparations such as bending and grinding, welding in various positions, as well as inspection and documentation of completed work. The work requires that you follow safety procedures and contribute to efficient and quality-conscious production. Your responsibilities Welding according to specifications (MIG/MAG, TIG and/or MMA depending on assignment) Interpret drawings and work instructions Preparation and finishing of welded parts (cleaning, grinding and inspection) Quality control and documentation of completed work Collaboration with production team to ensure delivery times Follow occupational health and safety regulations About you Formal qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in welding in an industrial environment and who can demonstrate good quality in your work. You should have relevant welding training or equivalent practical experience. You can work independently and in a team, are thorough and have a good eye for detail. Meritorious It is an advantage if you have: Welding certification in MIG/MAG, TIG or MMA Experience welding steel, stainless steel and aluminum Knowledge of welding procedures and quality systems Forkift certification or experience operating basic workshop equipment Class B driver's license We are looking for someone who is Responsible and quality-conscious Punctual and flexible regarding working hours A good team player with strong collaborative abilities Accustomed to following safety procedures and work instructions Good communication in Swedish, both spoken and written Being one of us As a consultant through Lernia, you are offered secure employment with collective agreement, competitive salary, vacation pay, pension contributions and insurance.
