Your Responsibilities As a welder for our client, you'll have a varied role combining welding with production and warehouse work. You'll work with MIG/MAG welding and participate in both manufacturing and customization of products in a workshop environment. In addition to welding, you'll assist with daily production tasks such as assembly, material handling, and practical work related to operations. Your role also includes warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, and basic logistics. The distribution between welding and other work varies depending on needs. On average, the role is approximately 50 percent welding, but during certain periods it can be up to 100 percent. Your Profile We're looking for someone who is practical-minded and thrives in a role where you get to work broadly and with variety. You have experience with MIG/MAG welding, but it's not a requirement that you've worked as a welder professionally before. You could just as well have welded at a hobby level and have a strong desire to develop further in this area. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and that you take responsibility for your work. You're flexible and comfortable switching between different tasks within production and workshop, and you have good collaboration skills while being able to work independently.
