Welder

We are now looking for skilled welders for our client outside Växjö. Here you will work in a modern and innovative production environment where quality, safety, and sustainability are in focus. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a welder for our client, you will work with MIG/MAG welding where you weld together components with high precision and quality. You will work independently and in teams, where collaboration is crucial for achieving set production goals. You are expected to contribute to efficient work processes, continuous improvements, and a safe working environment. The role may involve physically demanding tasks and the work is scheduled for 2-shift operations. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with some form of practical welding education, or alternatively documented work experience in welding. In addition to this, you have experience with MIG/MAG welding. Before employment, you as a candidate will complete and pass a welding test at our client's facility. As a person, you are organized, driven, and quality-conscious. You are comfortable with practical and physical work and have the ability to work both independently and in groups. You are engaged, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in technology as well as a willingness to contribute to improvement initiatives. Forklift and overhead crane certification are advantageous. ABOUT THE POSITION The welder position is a full-time consulting assignment.
