Welding Manager at Proplate

About the position
You lead, coordinate and follow up on welding-related matters and ensure that processes, materials and methods maintain high quality. The role combines operational and strategic work and you will have real opportunity to influence and develop.
Responsibilities
Ensure that requirements and technical conditions for welding are met.
Responsible for welding-related matters according to ISO 3834 and EN 1090.
Handle deviations, quality documentation and corrective actions.
Train, support and guide welding personnel.
Follow up on welding procedures, welding data sheets, inspections and testing.
Ensure traceability and drive continuous improvement work.
Your profile
You are structured, thorough and responsible, enjoy collaboration and like to share your knowledge.
We are looking for someone who:
· Has IWS certification
· Has several years of experience in welding within manufacturing industry
· Has good knowledge of standards and welding processes
· Speaks Swedish and English fluently, both spoken and written
