What awaits you: - Welding using CO2 and TIG methods—no shortcuts, just solid, quality welds. - Complete product care—from preparation through welding to final finishing for the next operations. - Reading and working with technical documentation and measurements—we think through our work here, and technical drawings will be your best partner. - Modern facilities and equipment—we work in a way that's enjoyable and the technology works with us. - Team collaboration—we pull together with supervisors and colleagues from the machining shop to get everything done on time and perfectly. - Responsibility for results: From quality welds, through cleaning/finishing, to inspection and measurement of the finished weld. What we expect from you: - Professional foundation—you have completed vocational training (secondary technical school/apprenticeship) and hold a current welder's certification. - Ability to read technical documentation. - Experience and skill—practice in a similar role is a major advantage, but we're mainly looking for someone who wants to do things right. - Independence and precision—we care about quality and we need to be able to rely on your welds. - Additional certifications? Excellent!—if you're a crane operator, rigger, or have forklift certification, you score extra points. - Reliability—what's agreed upon, you follow through.
