Sustainability EHS Specialist

Take on a key role in driving EHS and sustainability efforts in an international organization with high demands for regulatory compliance and structure. Here you'll have a central role in developing and driving EHS and sustainability work in a complex organization. You'll work closely with management, leaders, and functions to strengthen regulatory compliance, structure, and a proactive occupational health and safety approach. About the Role Responsible for EHS in the organization's own operations and activities. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Serve as an advisor on occupational health, environmental, and safety matters. Contribute to building knowledge and working methods throughout the organization. What You'll Do Build and maintain structured processes for EHS work. Support managers in risk assessments and implementation of measures. Drive systematic occupational health and safety work, including SAM and OSA. Handle incidents and near-misses with investigations, follow-up, and improvements. Coordinate forums, safety inspections, reporting, and improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Relevant higher education or university degree. 3–5 years of experience in EHS, occupational health, compliance, or related field. Experience with SAM, OSA, and incident management. Good understanding of Swedish occupational health and environmental legislation. Experience working in complex, knowledge-intensive organizations.
